Lowell Millard is a business executive who has worked with many high growth companies in a wide variety of industries.  He has a passion for helping business owners who someday want to sell their business. Lowell is a Certified Exit Planning Advisor who provides a comprehensive method providing clarity for owners and the ability to get the most from business owner's greatest asset.

 

Lowell has over forty years of experience in manufacturing and distribution, working with companies in aerospace, electronics, semiconductor, life sciences, building products, firearms and distribution.  Here are a few things that he has done for others that indicate what he can do for you:

• Led revenue growth of 15% - 100% with seven different companies

• Done six corporate acquisitions, two sales and one carve-out

• Reduced inventory levels and increased turn velocity from 15% to 50%

• Implemented ERP systems at 5 different companies

• Reduced operating costs as percentage of revenue between 10% and 35%

• Instituted strategic planning processes

 

Most recently, Lowell facilitated the acquisition of two companies for a Georgia based ownership group.  In 2020, Lone Wolf Arms (Priest River, ID) was acquired.  During the two plus years under his leadership, LWA grew from $7.2M in 2019 to $14.8M at the end of 2021.  Lowell took operational control of Primary Weapons Systems, Inc. (Boise, ID) in October of 2020, completing acquisition in March of 2022.  PWS was a financial turnaround; going from $11.0M (2020) to $14.7M (2021) and was transformed from insolvency to financial health.

 

Lowell is a graduate of Western Washington University with a BA in Business Administration.  There he met his wife, Julie.  They have been married for over 35 years with three grown children and three precious grandchildren.  He is a well-connected member of the Washington and Idaho business communities.  Lowell is an avid reader, enjoys home projects and travel with his wife.
